Texas Legislative Black Caucus Scholarships

Representative-elect Stefani Carter will award three $1,500 scholarships from the Texas Legislative Black Caucus to District 102 high school seniors graduating in the spring of 2011. Applications must be received no later than January 12, 2011. Scholarship recipient selection(s) will be made without regard to race, age, gender, religion, political beliefs, employment status, or any other factor, which could constitute unfair or illegal discrimination.
